the location was very convenient (i could easily walk to many attractions). the room was clean, and i found the bed comfortable. the staff was friendly and provided helpful tips for getting around.
the shower was quite small, a bit inconvenient. the hot water wasn't always consistent. the room was also smaller than i expected, considering the price i paid.

The gentleman at the door was helpful. he spoke english well. he gave travel tips and highlighted local attractions. the location is perfect and quiet. It is near the vatican. it is opposite castel sant'angelo and close to the metro. a bus stop for the airport is nearby.
the shower was quite narrow for me! i had to adjust a bit to get comfortable during showers.
